DR. JOLA SIKORSKI, ND

Dr. Jola has a family care naturopathic practice that supports families and individuals of all ages.

"I believe that health is more than the absence of disease, and my mission is to help you restore the health you need to live the life you want.I treat people, not conditions. I welcome you and your family members into a judgement-free space where your concerns are taken seriously and we take the time to investigate the root cause using laboratory testing where appropriate. Together we will discuss your treatment options to apply a strategy to your health concerns using nutrition, lifestyle medicine, herbal and nutrient supplements, and hormone prescription (where indicated)."

Dr. Jola is busy mom and experienced naturopathic doctor with an interest and focus practice in:

  • Optimizing pediatric mental and physical health for babies, children, and teens

  • Perinatal health (fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum)

  • Hormonal and period problems (PCOS, PMS, painful periods, menopause, endometriosis)

  • Digestive Disorders (SIBO, IBS, IBD)

  • Mental health (stress, anxiety, depression)

Dr. Jola aims to provide a supportive environment to parents and help weed through the age of over-information to provide safe and helpful health information for infants through teens. She helps families set the foundation for lifelong health during childhood and teaches the tools to maintain it. In her training and experience as a Birth Doula, Dr. Jola has helped families navigate the transition to parenthood and she is passionate about healthy and evidence-based support of pregnancy, labour, and birth.

Qualifications & Trainings

Following her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto, Dr. Jola completed her ND degree at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto and is licensed in Ontario with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO). During her internship year, Jola was selected by application for a focus shift in Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic and an outpatient shift at Brampton Civic Hospital. Additionally, she completed two shifts in community care at Sherbourne Community clinic.
