CHRISTINA NAJJAR RHN
Holistic Nutritionist
Christina is a holistic nutritionist who has been practicing in a private clinical setting since 2015. She graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition with Honours and received the award for the Highest Standing in her class.
Christina believes in providing her clients with the tools they need to become independent in the long run, when it comes to nutritional choices. She works closely with other healthcare practitioners to ensure a well-rounded healthcare approach.
CAROLINE WARNE DOMP
Manual Osteopath
Caroline is a bilingual Manual Osteopath (DOMP), with a passion for promoting health through manual therapy. Her holistic approach assists her in finding the origin of dysfunction, and working on realignment for optimal function.
Caroline pursued her osteopathic studies in Switzerland, where she received her Diploma in Osteopathy (D.O.M.P.) in 2012.

CINDY KAYE
R.N, IBCLC
Lactation Consultant
A practicing RN for 16 years, Cindy has been in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario since 2003 and earned her certification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 2016.
She regularly teaches prenatal classes and works at community breastfeeding drop ins. Cindy consistently participates in professional development to maintain her certification in good standing and to learn ways to help clients meet their lactation goals.

Christina is a Registered Acupuncturist and a Holistic Nutritionist. She has been practicing in a private clinical setting since 2015. She graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition with Honours and received the award for the Highest Standing in her class. She also has a diploma in Acupuncture with Honours from the International Academy of Applied Health.
The main areas of focus of Christina’s practice are menstrual issues, digestive health, and chronic illnesses, though she welcomes all health concerns.
Her approach involves addressing the symptoms for immediate relief, as well as the root of the issue for improved long term results. She believes in providing her clients with the tools they need to become independent in the long run, when it comes to nutritional choices.
DR. JOLA SIKORSKI ND (she/her)
Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Jola Sikorski, ND is an Ontario Registered Naturopathic Doctor with a focus on perinatal and women's health, children’s health, digestive disorders, and mental health concerns such as stress, anxiety, and depression.
Dr. Jola believes in a patient-centered, collaborative approach to healthcare for both acute and chronic concerns using lifestyle medicine, botanical medicine and nutritional support, and acupuncture. She believes that health is more than the absence of disease and includes individualized nutrition, exercise, rest, and play – for both children and adults! In her spare time, Jola enjoys experimenting with food and flavours and spending time outside with her kids exploring the art of foraging and wildcrafting herbs and edible plants.

Registered Massage Therapy
Sara is a Registered Massage Therapist having graduated from the International Academy of Massage Therapy in Ottawa. She is passionate about helping people reach their health and healing goals using a variety of Massage Therapy techniques.
Whether you are looking for deep relaxation, relief from chronic pain, or anything in between, Sara is prepared to meet you where you are on your journey.
In her spare time, Sara loves creating visual art, exploring outdoors, journaling, doing yoga, and experimenting in the kitchen.

Clinic Manager Extraordinaire
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
We therapists are only as good as our support staff. Vanessa keeps this clinic moving smoothly and efficiently all while truly enjoying her time with the clients.
Vanessa is starting her Psychotherapy Practicum in 2022 and will joining the Livewell MFR team supporting our families with their needs in the near future.

Manual Osteopath & Registered Massage Therapist
Jennifer is a highly experienced Manual Osteopath (DOMP) and Registered Massage Therapist specializing in fascial tissue dysfunctions. She works in private care at her clinic Livewell Myofascial Release helping her Pediatric and Adult clients.
She believes in using a combined treatment approach to facilitate balanced healing. She draws from her many years of practice and ongoing continuing educational courses that allow her to address multiple systems in the body during treatment to get lasting result.
JASON KRESIC
BSC, PT (he/his)
Men's Pelvic Floor, Physiotherapist, & Dry Needling
Jason is a physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2007. He has spent the past 12 years working within the private clinical setting, and has gained vast experience in treating a variety of conditions and injuries.
Jason bases his practice on the Integrated Systems Model (ISM) by Diane Lee. With this approach he evaluates the relationship between the articular, visceral, myofascial and neural systems and how they relate and affect one another.
JENNIFER YOUNG DOMP, RMT, BA, LCCE (she/her)
Registered Massage Therapist & Manual Osteopath
Jennifer is a Registered Massage Therapist. She received her Massage Therapy Diploma from the International Academy of Massage in Ottawa.
Her primary focus is in women’s health. Involved in the pre and post-natal community in Ottawa for over 15 years, she has worked as a Lamaze Childbirth and Lactation educator, Certified Infant Massage Instructor, Doula and Fertility and Pre-Post Natal Yoga Instructor.
BETH MCMILLAN IBCLC (she/her)
International Board Certified Lactation Consultant
Beth has enjoyed private practice as an IBCLC for 14 years working with a broad range of families with diverse goals, histories and experiences.
Prior to studying for and receiving her IBCLC certification, Beth used her degree in Child Development, with a particular focus on special needs, in a variety of settings from running a child care program in Nunavut to providing parent support in an urban centre.
