Jennifer Spak (she/her)
FOUNDER, DOMP, RMT
Jennifer is a highly experienced Manual Osteopath (DOMP) and Registered Massage Therapist specializing in fascial tissue dysfunctions. She works in private care at her clinic Livewell Myofascial Release helping her Pediatric and Adult clients.

She believes in using a combined treatment approach to facilitate balanced healing. She draws from her many years of practice and ongoing continuing educational courses that allow her to address multiple systems in the body during treatment to get lasting result.

Jennifer is a Registered Massage Therapist and Manual Osteopath. She received her Massage Therapy Diploma from the International Academy of Massage in Ottawa.

Her primary focus is in women’s health. Involved in the pre and post-natal community in Ottawa for over 15 years, she has worked as a Lamaze Childbirth and Lactation educator, Certified Infant Massage Instructor, Doula and Fertility and Pre-Post Natal Yoga Instructor.

Jason Kresic (he/him)

Jason is a physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2007. He has spent the past 12 years working within the private clinical setting, and has gained vast experience in treating a variety of conditions and injuries.

Jason bases his practice on the Integrated Systems Model (ISM) by Diane Lee. With this approach he evaluates the relationship between the articular, visceral, myofascial and neural systems and how they relate and affect one another.

Lauren Morley (she/her)
Pelvic Floor & Orthopaedic Physiotherapy
Lauren is a passionate physiotherapist who believes that her role is to help you achieve your physical goals in all aspects of your life, be it day to day activities, sport, or pain management. Lauren is a rostered pelvic floor physiotherapist who is enthusiastic about providing individualized, evidence-based treatment options to a wide variety of pelvic health concerns, including prenatal preparation, postnatal recovery, urinary incontinence and pelvic pain. She has a particular passion for and additional training in treating pelvic pain ranging from clitorodynia, vestibulodynia (sometimes called vulvodynia), dyspareunia, endometriosis, pudendal neuralgia, overactive bladder, and interstitial cystitis. She practices an evidence-based holistic approach that addresses the physical, social, and cognitive contributions to a pain experience. Lauren looks forward to working with you to achieve your goals!

Chiropractor & Yoga Instructor
Dr. Josée Dutrisac (she/her)
DC, RYT 200
Dr. Josée is an experienced chiropractor in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200). Her love for chiropractic and wellness care is driven by the belief that the body has the innate ability to heal and self-regulate when no nerve interference is present, and within an environment that is genetically compatible with health.
Since becoming a mom to two vivacious little boys, Dr. Josée’s interest in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care has grown, leading her to become a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), obtain her Webster Technique Certification, complete the ICPA’s Perinatal Certification, a 72h-hour series focusing on perinatal chiropractic care, from preconception through postpartum; and be currently enrolled in the ICPA’s Certification Program, a 200-hour series focusing on adjusting techniques, evaluation, and assessment of different stages of development from pregnancy, birth, infancy throughout childhood.

Dr. Jola Sikorski, ND is an Ontario Registered Naturopathic Doctor with a focus on perinatal and women's health, children’s health, digestive disorders, and mental health concerns such as stress, anxiety, and depression.

Dr. Jola believes in a patient-centered, collaborative approach to healthcare for both acute and chronic concerns using lifestyle medicine, botanical medicine and nutritional support, and acupuncture. She believes that health is more than the absence of disease and includes individualized nutrition, exercise, rest, and play – for both children and adults! In her spare time, Jola enjoys experimenting with food and flavours and spending time outside with her kids exploring the art of foraging and wildcrafting herbs and edible plants.

Vanessa Krichbaum (she/her)

Life is a journey which can present us with challenges that are sometimes too difficult to handle alone. As a client-centred therapist, Vanessa's commitment is to accompany you on your journey towards self-understanding and compassion. As an intern completing a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, she works from a non-judgemental, empathy-based perspective. Vanessa uses different therapy modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), emotion focused therapy (EFT), family systems theory, mindfulness-based therapy and solution-focused therapy depending on your comfort level.

Supporting individuals experiencing concerns and challenges in their lives such as ADHD, anxiety, depression (including post-partum), hormonal changes, stress, parenting, relationship issues, grief, and identity exploration. Vanessa draws on her lived experience to deepen her understanding of your journey and provide you with a safe space to explore, be heard and heal.

Sara is a Registered Massage Therapist having graduated from the International Academy of Massage Therapy in Ottawa. She is passionate about helping people reach their health and healing goals using a variety of Massage Therapy techniques.
Whether you are looking for deep relaxation, relief from chronic pain, or anything in between, Sara is prepared to meet you where you are on your journey.
Sara is passionate about treating people experiencing chronic pain, headaches & migraines, mental illness, and muscular tension due to stress, trauma, and everyday life. Her treatment approach works with the nervous system in an attempt to reduce pain & tension, calm the nervous system, and improve general well-being.

Beth McMillan (she/her)
IBCLC Extended Collaborative Practitioner
Beth has enjoyed private practice as an IBCLC for 14 years working with a broad range of families with diverse goals, histories and experiences.
​
Prior to studying for and receiving her IBCLC certification, Beth used her degree in Child Development, with a particular focus on special needs, in a variety of settings from running a child care program in Nunavut to providing parent support in an urban centre.
