SERVICES WE OFFER
WITH JENNIFER SPAK RMT, DOMP, CYI
Based on the Integrated Systems Model (ISM) by Diane Lee, the approach evaluates the relationship between the articular, visceral, myofascial and neural systems and how they relate and affect one another.
Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) was developed by Dr. Chan Gunn to treat chronic pain syndromes that affect the musculoskeletal system. Misalignment often contributes to poor movement patterns, posture and pain. IMS/dry needling is used in conjunction with manual therapy and movement training to help restore better posture and movement patterns for multiple tasks and conditions.
Our goal is to return you to a symptom-free, optimally mobile and healthy lifestyle, through patient education, exercise and movement therapies and various manual techniques.
Reconnect with your body in a safe and personalized way, ultimately restoring range of movement, flexibility, strength, coordination, and performance. All while reducing symptoms and being provided with tools and strategies to help manage and improve once you leave the clinic.

MEN'S PELVIC FLOOR
WITH JASON KRESIC PT
Men with pelvic health issues may live with unnecessary pain, embarrassment or shame because of lack of awareness or education.
Urinary and or fecal incontinence, strong urinary urge, pelvic or penile pain, and erectile dysfunction are all issues that can be treated with pelvic health physiotherapy.
Chronic hip pain or low back pain can also be traced back to pelvic floor dysfunction. Certain sitting positions, exercise techniques and stressful events can contribute to overworked, strained and tight muscles or irritated nerves, all of which can lead to pain.
